When the opposing party or a party requests a confidentiality preservation order pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 36 of the Act, Subparagraphs 1 and 3, Article 44, and Article 45, apply mutatis mutandis.Pleadings of the request in the preceding paragraph shall be submitted to the court. A written copy or photocopy of the same shall be sent directly to the parties or third parties.
