Intellectual Property Case Adjudication Act Article 53
An authenticated copy of a judgment shall be served upon each of the parties. Service of an authenticated copy in the form of an electronic document is subject to consent of the party to be served, provided no authenticated copy in the form of an electronic document may be served on a prisoner.The preceding paragraph applies to a ruling mutatis mutandis.
