The Labor Incident Adjudication Rules Article 45

The clerk shall make a transcript of the labor mediation procedures and record the following matters:1. The location and date (day, month and year) of labor mediation.2. The names of the judge, labor mediators, and clerk.3. The labor mediation event.4. The names of the parties, legal representatives, agents, assistants, interested parties, and other persons who were present under notification.5. The names of the persons permitted to attend the proceedings shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of Article 25, Paragraph 1 of this Act, and the labor mediation shall then be conducted with the seclusion measures as stipulated in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
中文原文 勞動事件審理細則第45條
書記官應作勞動調解程序筆錄，記載下列事項：
一、勞動調解之處所及年、月、日。
二、法官、勞動調解委員及書記官姓名。
三、勞動調解事件。
四、到場當事人、法定代理人、代理人、輔佐人、利害關係人及其他經通知到場之人姓名。
五、依本法第二十五條第一項規定許為旁聽之人姓名，及依同條第二項規定以隔離方式行勞動調解。
