A custody shall be based on a custody warrant.A custody warrant shall state the following items and be signed by the enforcement judge:1. Name, gender, age, place of birth, and domicile or residence of the person being held in custody. When necessary, the warrant shall state the person's identifiable traits.2. Case cause.3.
