The Compulsory Enforcement Act Article 22-2
The process server enforces the custody by escorting the person to be placed into custody to the custodian institution.The head of the custodian institution, upon review, shall sign the custody warrant and note on the custody warrant the year, month, date, and time the person was escorted to the institution.
