Enforcement Rules of the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act Article 11
The decommissioning plan brought forward under Article 9 shall include the following contents:1.Organization of the decommissioning executor.2.Description of the facilities to be decommissioned.3.Radiation evaluation of the facilities to be decommissioned.4.Classes and quantities of the radioactive wastes.5.Manpower and technical planning for each decommissioning stage.6.Job specification and time schedule of each stage.7.Radiation dose evaluation and protection measures.8.Other matters designated by the competent authority.

依第九條規定提出之除役規劃報告，應載明下列事項：
一、除役執行單位之組織。
二、待除役設施之描述。
三、待除役設施之輻射狀況評估。
四、放射性廢棄物之種類及數量。
五、除役各階段人力及技術規劃。
六、各階段工作說明及時程。
七、輻射劑量評估及防護措施。
八、其他經主管機關指定之事項。
