Enforcement Rules of the Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act Article 12
The time limits for the operators of nuclear source material or nuclear fuel production or storage facilities to prepare reports and records according to Article 10 of this Act are prescribed as follows:1.Annual report on operation, radiation protection and environmental radiation monitoring shall be submitted within 3 months after the termination of each year.2.Nuclear source material or nuclear fuel production, inventory and sales records of every half-year shall be submitted before January 31 and July 31.3.Quarterly environmental radiation monitoring report shall be submitted within 60 days after the termination of each season.4.Radioactive waste generation, treatment, storage and final disposal records of every month shall be submitted before the end of the next month.5.In case of abnormal or emergency event, notification shall be made within 2 hours, and written report shall be reported within 30 days commencing from discovery of the event.

核子原料、核子燃料生產或貯存設施經營者，依本法第十條規定應向主管機關提出各種報告及紀錄之期限，依下列各款之規定：
一、有關運轉、輻射防護及環境輻射監測年報，於每年結束後三個月內提出。
二、每半年之核子原料或核子燃料生產、庫存及銷售紀錄，於每年一月三十一日及七月三十一日以前提出。
三、環境輻射監測季報，於每季結束後六十日內提出。
四、每月之放射性廢棄物產生、處理、貯存及最終處置紀錄，於次月月底前提出。
五、異常或緊急事件報告，於事件發現時起二小時內通報，並於事件發現之日起三十日內提出書面報告。
