The Nuclear Materials and Radioactive Waste Management Act Article 10
The operator of production (and/)or storage facilities of nuclear source material (and/)or nuclear fuel shall follow the prescription of the competent authorities to submit the following reports and(/or) records regularly, and the competent authorities may dispatch the inspector(s) to inspect the facilities at anytime:1.Reports related to operation, radiation protection, environmental radiation monitoring, irregularity (and/)or emergency event, and(/or) any other reports designated by the competent authorities(; and/or)2.Production, inventory, (and/or) sales record(s) of nuclear source material (and/)or nuclear fuel(; and/or)3.Records on generation, treatment, storage and(/or) final disposal of radioactive waste.

核子原料、核子燃料生產或貯存設施經營者，應依主管機關規定，定期提出下列報告及紀錄，主管機關並得隨時派員檢查之：
一、有關運轉、輻射防護、環境輻射監測、異常或緊急事件報告及其他經主管機關指定之報告。
二、核子原料或核子燃料生產、庫存、銷售紀錄。
三、放射性廢棄物產生、處理、貯存及最終處置紀錄。
