Television businesses shall be fined from NT$400,000 up to NT$2,000,000, radio businesses shall be fined from NT$90,000 up to NT$1,200,000, and the said businesses may be subjected to broadcast suspension from three days up to three months in the event of one of the following:1. Violation of Article 42 or Article 43 after being penalized twice within one year2. Broadcast of programs or advertisements that violate Subparagraph 1 of Article 213. Broadcast of programs or advertisements that violate Subparagraph 2 or 3 of Article 214. Unauthorized broadcast of advertisements in violation of Article 305. Violation of Article 35Radio/television businesses shall be fined from NT$400,000 up to NT$2,000,000 and notified to make corrections by a prescribed deadline for violation of Paragraph 3 of Article 5 or Article 5-1. The fine may be imposed consecutively for failure to make corrections by the prescribed deadline.

中文原文廣播電視法第44條

有下列情形之一者，電視事業除處新臺幣四十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰；廣播事業除處新臺幣九萬元以上一百二十萬元以下罰鍰外，並得予以三日以上、三個月以下之停播處分：
一、一年內經處罰二次，再有前二條情形者。
二、播送節目或廣告，違反第二十一條第一款規定者。
三、播送節目或廣告，違反第二十一條第二款或第三款，情節重大者。
四、違反第三十條規定，擅播廣告者。
五、違反第三十五條規定者。
違反第五條第三項或第三十四條之一規定，處新臺幣四十萬元以上二百萬元以下罰鍰，並令其限期改正，屆期不改正者，得按次處罰。
