A warning shall be issued to radio/television businesses in the event of one of the following:Violation of Paragraph 2 of Article 10-1, Paragraph 1 of Article 12-2, Articles 13 through 15, Article 17, Article 19, Article 20, or Article 31Violation of Paragraph 1 of Article 23, Article 24, Article 25, or Paragraph 1 of Article 33Violation of the classification regulations prescribed according to Paragraph 1 of Article 26-1

廣播、電視事業有左列情形之一者，予以警告：
一、違反第十條之一第二項、第十二條之二第一項、第十三條至第十五條、第十七條、第十九條、第二十條或第三十一條規定者。
二、違反第二十三條第一項、第二十四條、第二十五條或第三十三條第一項規定者。
三、違反依第二十六條之一第一項所定分級處理辦法者。
