Regulations Governing the Establishment, Supervision and Management of Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Institutions Article 7
The Institution shall establish organization bylaws with regard to the organization, staff quota and position title and shall report to the competent authority for approval. The same shall apply for amendments.Change of personnel above the department director level in the preceding paragraph shall report to the competent authority within 15 days.
