Regulations Governing the Establishment, Supervision and Management of Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Institutions Article 6
The personnel and mediators of the Institution shall not engage in any of the following:1. Disclosing the secrets he/she has learned through their occupation in response to any inquiry other than those duly made in accordance with acts and regulations.2. Demanding, Accepting or agreeing to accept improper benefits for a breach of his/her official duties.3. Other violations of the telecommunication-related laws and regulations.

爭議處理機構之所屬人員與調處委員，不得有下列行為：
一、對非依法令所為之查詢，洩漏職務上所獲悉之秘密。
二、對於職務上或違背職務之行為，要求期約或收受不正當利益。
三、其他違反電信法令之情事。
