Regulations on Users of Telecommunications Businesses Inquiring Communication and Account Records Article 4
The telecommunication enterprise shall make the communication records and accounting records it keeps available to subscribers for inquiries.The communication records and accounting records of the preceding paragraph shall be kept for at least one year from the time of occurrence.The inquiry of the communication record in Paragraph 1 shall only be available to the person who completed the communication.

電信事業應將其保有之通信紀錄及帳務紀錄提供用戶查詢。
前項通信紀錄及帳務紀錄之保存期間自紀錄發生時起算至少一年。
