Regulations on Users of Telecommunications Businesses Inquiring Communication and Account Records Article 5
When the telecommunication enterprise processes subscriber’s inquiries about their communication records and accounting records, they shall conform to the following:1. Record of sending telecommunication: shall be provided within seven working days from the day after the inquiry is accepted.2. Record of accepting telecommunication: shall be provided within ten working days from the day after the inquiry is accepted.3. Accounting records: shall be provided within seven working days from the day after the inquiry is accepted.Where the telecommunication enterprise is unable to provide complete information of the record of accepting telecommunication, the telecommunication enterprise shall indicate the direct source of the communication, including the originating telecommunication enterprise and the name of its network.

電信事業處理用戶查詢本人通信紀錄及帳務紀錄時，應依下列規定辦理：
一、發信通信紀錄：應於受理查詢之次日起七個工作日內提供之。
二、受信通信紀錄：應於受理查詢之次日起十個工作日內提供之。
三、帳務紀錄：應於受理查詢之次日起七個工作日內提供之。
電信事業提供之受信通信紀錄未能顯示完整資料者，電信事業應註明該筆通信之話務直接來源，包括電信事業及其網路名稱。
