Non-Departmental Public Bodies Act Article 26

The additional consolation money and compensation given for the years of insurance coverage lost due to the restructuring of the Original Authority (Agency) may be covered by the Original Authority (Agency), the original funds or a superior authority through budget adjustment without being subject to the restrictions set forth in Articles 62 and 63 of the Budget Act.
