Non-Departmental Public Bodies Act Article 27
Neither the lump sum consolation money, monthly remuneration nor the lump sum remuneration mentioned in this Act shall apply to a person who has received additional payment due to his/her retirement, severance or resignation in coordination with the downsizing, consolidating, resubordinating, restructuring or dissolve of an authority (agency) or school pursuant to the relevant laws or regulations.

曾配合機關（構）、學校業務調整而精簡、整併、改隸、改制或裁撤，依據相關法令規定辦理退休、資遣或離職，支領加發給與者，不適用本法有關加發慰助金、月支報酬或月支薪津之規定。
