Any of the following violations shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One Million Eight Hundred Thousand New Taiwan Dollars (NT$1,800,000) but not more than Nine Million New Taiwan Dollars (NT$9,000,000):1. Violation of Article 12, paragraph 1;2. Violation of Article 13, paragraph 1 or paragraph 2;3. Violation of Article 15, paragraph 1;4. Violation of Article 15, paragraph 2, or Article 64, paragraph 1, of the Banking Act of the Republic of China by a Trust Enterprise's director or supervisor.5. Violation of Article 18;6. Violation of Article 24, paragraph 2 or paragraph 3;7. Violation of Article 27;8. Violation of Article 31;9. Violation of Article 32, paragraph 1;10. Violation of Article 34, paragraph 1 or paragraph 3;11. Violation Article of 36 by failing to maintain the minimum current assets ratio;12. Violation of Article 40;13. Violation of Article 59; or14. Violation of Article 60.

有下列情事之一者，處新臺幣一百八十萬元以上九百萬元以下罰鍰：
一、違反第十二條規定。
二、違反第十三條第一項或第二項規定。
三、違反第十五條第一項規定。
四、信託業董事或監察人違反第十五條第二項關於準用銀行法第六十四條第一項規定。
五、違反第十八條規定。
六、違反第二十四條第二項或第三項規定。
七、違反第二十七條規定。
八、違反第三十一條規定。
九、違反第三十二條第一項限制。
十、違反第三十四條第一項或第三項規定。
十一、違反第三十六條規定，未保持一定比率流動性資產。
十二、違反第四十條規定。
十三、違反第五十九條規定。
十四、違反第六十條規定。
