Regulations Governing Futures Commission Merchants Article 25-1
A futures commission merchant possessing certain qualifications may accept orders from offshore foreign futures commission merchants to open omnibus accounts, and from overseas compatriots and foreign nationals to execute futures trades.The qualification requirements that a futures commission merchant as set forth in the preceding paragraph must meet to accept orders to open omnibus accounts, and the procedures for doing so, shall be set by the TAIFEX and reported to the FSC for approval; the same applies to any modification of the above.

期貨商符合一定資格者得受理境外外國期貨商開立綜合帳戶，接受境外華僑及外國人從事期貨交易之委託。
前項期貨商得受理開立綜合帳戶之資格條件及程序，由期貨交易所訂定，報經本會核定；其修正時亦同。
