Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 64
Beneficial certificates of a futures trust fund offered to persons meeting certain eligibility requirements may not be resold by beneficial owners, except under one of the following circumstances:1.An application for redemption from the futures trust enterprise.2.Transfer to one of the eligible persons under Article 13, paragraph 1.3.A transfer by the operation of law.4.Other circumstances approved by the competent authority.The restrictions of the preceding paragraph regarding transfers of beneficial certificates shall be set out in the written documents issued to beneficial owners of the fund.

對符合一定資格條件之人募集期貨信託基金之受益憑證，受益人除有下列情形之一者外，不得再行賣出：
一、申請期貨信託事業買回。
二、轉讓予符合第十三條第一項資格者。
三、基於法律規定所生效力之移轉。
四、其他經主管機關核准。
前項有關受益憑證轉讓之限制，應於交付受益人之相關書面文件中載明。
