Regulations Governing Futures Trust Funds Article 63
Beneficial certificates are freely transferable unless otherwise prohibited by law or regulation.Parties to a transfer of beneficial certificates shall have no recourse against the futures trust enterprise when the name of the person or the entity and the domicile or residence of the transferee is not listed in the futures trust enterprise's register of beneficial owners.

受益憑證，除法令另有規定者外，得自由轉讓之。
受益憑證之轉讓，非將受讓人姓名或名稱、住所或居所記載於期貨信託事業受益人名簿，不得對抗該事業。
