Enforcement Rule of the Privatization of Government-Owned Enterprises Act Article 28-2
The term "payments" as referred to in subparagraph 2, paragraph 2 of Article 15 of the Act includes the following items:1. Severance pay and the service seniority settlement pay;2. Wage in lieu of one-month advance notice;3. Other relevant fees and expenses specially approved by the Executive Yuan.
