The term "payments" as referred to in subparagraph 3, paragraph 2 of Article 15 of the Act includes the following items:1. Pension and severance pay;2. Compensation payment for insurance;3. Additional six-month salary;4. Wage in lieu of one-month advance notice;5. Other relevant fees and expenses specially approved by the Executive Yuan.
