Management Regulations for Reuse of Industrial Waste in Science Parks Article 3
The term “enterprise” or “enterprises” as set forth herein denotes an enterprise amidst those set forth under Paragraph 5, Article 2 of the Act taking the NSTC as the industry competent authority.“Reuse” used hereunder shall have the meaning: The enterprise takes action to reuse its industrial waste or dispatches it to a reuse organization for the use as raw material, material, fuel material, construction filling material, land reformation, land reclamation, land filling or other uses as designated by the NSTC.The reuse organization set forth in the preceding paragraph is limited to the agricultural, industrial, business factory (plant) that has been registered with the government authority or legally waived from registration.

本辦法所稱事業，指本法第二條第五項以本會為目的事業主管機關之事業。
本辦法所稱再利用，指事業將其事業廢棄物自行再利用或送往再利用機構做為原料、材料、燃料、工程填料、土地改良、新生地、填土（地）或其他經本會認定之用途行為。
前項再利用機構以經政府機關登記有案或依法律規定免辦理登記之農工商廠（場）為限。
