Water Pollution Control Measures and Test Reporting Management Regulations Article 70-8
Where any user of the liquor and fiber digestate for farmland fertilization acquires the plan for liquor and fiber digestate as fertilizer for farmlands, the competent authority of agriculture may abolish the Plan if such user meets one of the following illegal requirements:I. The contents of the application materials are inconsistent with the fact.II. Fertilization of the farmland is not implemented in accordance with the approved plan.III. No change is made within the time frame in accordance with Article 70-5, Paragraph 2, and no improvement or rectification is made within the time frame specified by the competent authority of agriculture.IV. Other violations.In the event of any of the violations set forth in the preceding paragraphs, the competent authority of agriculture shall abolish the Plan when the competent authority of environmental protection or agriculture finds serious violation.When abolishing the plan in accordance with the preceding two paragraphs, the competent authority of agriculture shall send a copy to the municipality or county (city) competent authority for reference.

取得沼液沼渣農地肥分使用計畫之沼液沼渣農地肥分使用者有下列違法情形之一，農業主管機關得廢止其使用計畫：
一、申請資料內容與事實不符。
二、未依核定計畫書內容進行農地肥分使用。
三、有效期間內未依第七十條之五第二項規定辦理變更，經農業主管機關通知限期改善或補正，屆期仍未改善或補正。
四、其他違法情形。
前項各款違法情形，經農業主管機關或環保主管機關認定情節重大者，農業主管機關應廢止其使用計畫。
農業主管機關依前二項辦理廢止沼液沼渣農地肥分使用計畫，應將辦理情形副知直轄市、縣（市）環保主管機關。
