Revisions to the Enforcement Rules of the Climate Change Response Act Article 8
The central competent industry authorities shall prepare a report on the results of the sectoral action programs (hereinafter referred to as the Sectoral Action Program Result Report) in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 12 of this Act. The report shall be submitted to the central competent authorities before September 30th of each year and subsequently presented to the Executive Yuan for approval, followed by public disclosure.The contents of the result report of the Sectoral Action Program in the preceding paragraph shall include the following items:1. Summary.2. The implementation status of the periodic regulatory goals of the subordinate sectors and the attainment of evaluation targets.3. Facilitation and implementation results of strategies and measures, encompassing the utilization of funds.

中央目的事業主管機關依本法第十二條第一項規定編寫所屬部門行動方案成果報告（以下簡稱部門行動方案成果報告），應於每年九月三十日前送中央主管機關，報請行政院核定後公開之。
前項部門行動方案成果報告之內容，包括下列項目：
一、摘要。
二、所屬部門階段管制目標執行狀況及評量指標達成情形。
三、推動策略及措施執行成果，包含經費執行情形。
