Revisions to the Enforcement Rules of the Climate Change Response Act Article 14
The municipal and county (city) competent authorities shall prepare a report on the results of the Reduction Implementation Program in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2 of Article 15 of this Act. The report should be submitted to the municipality and county (city) climate change response steering groups before September 30th of each year and subsequently made public.The contents of the result report of the Reduction Implementation Program referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include the following items:1. Summary.2. Facilitation and implementation results of strategies and measures, including the utilization of funds.3. Analysis and review.

直轄市、縣（市）主管機關依本法第十五條第二項規定編寫減量執行方案成果報告，應於每年九月三十日前，送直轄市、縣（市）氣候變遷因應推動會後公開之。
前項減量執行方案成果報告之內容，包括下列項目：
一、摘要。
二、推動策略及措施執行成果，包含經費執行情形。
三、分析及檢討。
