Long-Term Care Services Act Article 48-1
Where a contracted long-term care unit violates the provisions of Article 32-2, it shall be penalized in accordance with the respective laws violated. If the unit fails to comply after such penalties, the competent authority may suspend the referral of cases; where the circumstances are severe, the contract may be terminated.
