Long-Term Care Services Act Article 48
Where a long-term care institution violates the standards for establishment permits, the competent authority shall order the institution to rectify the violation within a specified time limit. If the violation is not rectified by the deadline, a fine of between NT$60,000 and NT$300,000 shall be imposed, and a further deadline for rectification shall be set. If the violation remains unrectified upon the second deadline, the institution's establishment permit may be revoked.

長照機構違反許可設立之標準時，應限期令其改善；屆期未改善者，處新臺幣六萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰，並再限期令其改善；屆期仍未改善者，得廢止其設立許可。
