A contracted long-term care unit that violates Paragraph 3 of Article 8-1 shall be fined between NT$30,000 and NT$150,000, and shall be ordered to collect the fees that were unauthorizedly waived or reduced within a specified time limit.A long-term care institution that violates Paragraph 2 of Article 36 shall be fined between NT$30,000 and NT$150,000, and shall be ordered to refund the fees that were overcharged or unauthorizedly collected within a specified time limit.

中文原文長期照顧服務法第49條

長照特約單位違反第八條之一第三項規定者，處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰，並限期令其追收擅自減免之費用。
長照機構違反第三十六條第二項規定者，處新臺幣三萬元以上十五萬元以下罰鍰，並限期令其將超收或擅自收取之費用退還。
