Long-Term Care Services Act Article 50

A fine of between NT$10,000 and NT$50,000 shall be imposed for any of the following circumstances:1. Non-long-term care personnel who violate Paragraph 1 of Article 18 by providing specific long-term care service items designated by the Central Competent Authority.2. A long-term care institution that violates Paragraph 2 of Article 19 by permitting non-long-term care personnel to provide long-term care services.3. Any non-long-term care institution that violates Article 27 by using the name of a long-term care institution.
