Long-Term Care Services Act Article 51

A long-term care institution that violates Paragraph 1 of Article 25, or publishes/broadcasts advertising content other than the items specified in the subparagraphs of Paragraph 2 of Article 29, or provides false advertising content, shall be fined between NT$10,000 and NT$50,000 and ordered to rectify the violation within a specified time limit. If the violation is not rectified by the deadline, consecutive fines may be imposed for each instance.A non-long-term care institution that violates Paragraph 1 of Article 29 by advertising long-term care services shall be fined between NT$10,000 and NT$50,000.
