Long-Term Care Services Act Article 52
A long-term care institution that, when providing services, fails to enter into a written contract in accordance with Article 42, or whose contract content violates the mandatory and prohibitory provisions established by the central competent authority under Paragraph 2 of the same Article, shall be ordered to rectify the violation within a specified time limit. If the violation is not rectified by the deadline, a fine of between NT$10,000 and NT$50,000 shall be imposed, and consecutive fines may be imposed for each instance.

長照機構於提供長照服務時，未依第四十二條規定簽訂書面契約，或其契約內容違反中央主管機關依同條第二項所定應記載及不得記載規定者，應限期令其改善；屆期未改善者，處新臺幣一萬元以上五萬元以下罰鍰，並得按次處罰。
