Regulations for Administration on Human Organ Bank Article 20

The central health authority may appoint or mandate another agency or juristic person or organization to handle the following matters:1. Document review and onsite inspection related to permit application for organ bank establishment as provided in Article 9, Article 10 and Paragraph 3 of Article 11 herein.2. Review related to the application for change of registration and extension of permit extension as provided in Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 11 herein.3. Examination related matters as provided in Article 14 herein.
