Those violating Article 5, Article 16, Paragraph 1 of Article 16-1, Paragraph 2 of Article 16-4, Paragraph 2 of Article 16-7, Paragraph 2 of Article 16-10, Article 16-11, Article 16-12, or Article 16-14 shall be subject to a fine of not less than NT$20,000 and not more than NT$100,000.Those violating Paragraph 2 of Article 16-10 shall be punished in accordance with the preceding paragraph, and will be required to refund the excess amounts charged within a specified period of time. In case of failure to refund before the deadline, consecutive punishments shall be imposed.

中文原文呼吸治療師法第23條

違反第五條、第十六條、第十六條之一第一項、第十六條之四第二項、第十六條之七第二項、第十六條之十第二項、第十六條之十一、第十六條之十二或第十六條之十四規定者，處新臺幣二萬元以上十萬元以下罰鍰。
違反第十六條之十第二項規定者，除依前項規定處罰外，並限期令其將超收部分退還；屆期未退還者，按次處罰。
