Psychologists Act Article 34

Any breach of the first paragraph of Article 22, the first or second paragraph of Article 23, Article 24, Article 25 or Article 29 or failure to meet the standards under the fifth paragraph of Article 20 shall be penalized by a fine of not less than NT$10,000 and not more than NT$50,000.Any breach of the first paragraph of Article 22, the first or second paragraph of Article 23 or Article 24 or failure to meet the standards under the fifth paragraph of Article 20 shall be subject to the penalty under the preceding paragraph and an order demanding remedy before a certain deadline. If the breach is not remedied before the deadline, the business will be suspended for not less than one month and not more than one year.
