Articles 31, 33, 34, 35, 42, and 43 of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to one who is convicted guilty, by a final judgment, of committing an offense prescribed in Paragraph 1 of Article 25 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, or Paragraph 1 of Article 319-2 of the Criminal Code.Articles 8, 9, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 18 to 28 of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to one who commits an offense prescribed in Articles 319-1, 319-2, 319-3, or 319-4 of the Criminal Code.Articles 8, 9, 12, 15, 16, and 18 to 28 of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to one who commits an offense prescribed in Articles 304, 305, or 346 of the Criminal Code by means of sexually explicit images or images of a sexual nature prescribed in Articles 319-1, 319-2, or 319-3 of the Criminal Code.

犯性騷擾防治法第二十五條第一項之罪及犯刑法第三百十九條之二第一項之罪，經判決有罪確定者，準用第三十一條、第三十三條至第三十五條、第四十二條及第四十三條規定。
刑法第三百十九條之一至第三百十九條之四案件，準用第八條、第九條、第十二條、第十三條、第十五條、第十六條、第十八條至第二十八條規定。
以刑法第三百十九條之一至第三百十九條之三之性影像，犯刑法第三百零四條、第三百零五條、第三百四十六條之罪者，準用第八條、第九條、第十二條、第十五條、第十六條、第十八條至第二十八條規定。
