The collection of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) samples shall be conducted in accordance with medically recognized procedures and methods, and shall consider the physical well-being and reputation of the offender.The procedures and methods for the sampling mentioned in the previous paragraph shall be carried out in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the DNA Sample Regulations.
