Regulations for Collection and Management of Information on Sexual Offenders Article 11
The Criminal Investigation Bureau, Ministry of the Interior shall properly store and establish records and a database for the DNA samples of the offender obtained in accordance with this regulation.The samples, records, and databases mentioned in the previous paragraph shall not be disclosed or transferred to others except in accordance with this regulation or other legal provisions.

內政部警政署刑事警察局依本辦法取得之加害人去氧核醣核酸樣本，應妥為儲存並建立紀錄及資料庫。
