Regulations for Collection and Management of Information on Sexual Offenders Article 9
After the judicial police authorities have created the offender's fingerprint records, the fingerprint data manager shall regularly submit them to the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Ministry of the Interior in the following manners:1. Written Records: Compile and submit the records to the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Ministry of the Interior for archiving.2. Electronic Records: Compile electronic files stored in the fingerprint computer system terminals and upload them to the fingerprint computer system of the Criminal Investigation Bureau, Ministry of the Interior. After the upload is complete, the electronic files from the fingerprint computer system terminal shall be deleted.

司法警察機關製作加害人指紋資料後，由指紋資料管理人依下列方式定期報送內政部警政署刑事警察局：
一、書面資料：彙整後送交內政部警政署刑事警察局建檔。
二、電子檔案：將儲存於指紋電腦系統終端機之電子檔案彙整後上傳至內政部警政署刑事警察局指紋電腦系統，並於上傳完成後刪除指紋電腦系統終端機之電子檔案。
