Aircraft Flight Operation Regulations Article 227-1
An airplane with two turbine power-units operated under extended diversion time operations (EDTO) shall have adequate en-route alternate aerodromes specified in the operational flight plan, and shall comply with the international flight standards as approved and adopted by CAA.
