CAA may commission the airport operator to conduct and approve the flight application or changes in Paragraph 1 of Article 16, Paragraph 1 of Article 18, Paragraph 1 of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of Article 20, Paragraph 1 of Article 21 and Article 22.The commissioned the airport operator and matters, and the legal basis for such commission in the preceding paragraph shall be publicly announced and published in a government gazette.

中文原文民用航空運輸業管理規則第35-4條

第十六條第一項、第十八條第一項、第十九條第一項、第二十條第一項、第二十一條第一項及第二十二條之飛航申請或變更之受理及核准，民航局得委託航空站經營人辦理。
民航局依前項規定為委託行為時，應將委託之對象、事項及法規依據公告之，並刊登於政府公報。
