Regulations Governing Entry, Departure and Inhabitation in Free Trade Zones Article 8
Where any person holding the long-term access permit or pass is found misusing, forging or fabricating another person’s long-term access permit or pass, or engaging in smuggling activities notified by the relevant authority, the Management Authority shall annul the approval and cancel the permit or pass and deny any further application for long-term and temporary access permit or pass from the applicant within three months as of the date of cancelation.

持有長期入出許可證或通行證之人員有冒用、偽造、變造他人長期入出許可證或通行證，或經有關機關通知有走私情事者，管理機關應廢止其許可及註銷其許可證或通行證，並於註銷日起三個月內，不予許可其長期及臨時入出許可證或通行證之申請。
