Those who lose long-term access permits or passes shall report to the Management Authority and the Operational Office, and present the relevant documentation to apply for re-issue of the permits or passes with the Management Authority.Where the long-term access permits or passes have been lost for three times cumulatively within the valid terms, the Management Authority shall deny the applications for re-issue of the same within one month as of the date when the applicants report the loss.

遺失長期入出許可證或通行證時，申請人應通報管理機關及營運機構，並出具證明文件向管理機關申請補發。
長期入出許可證或通行證於效期內遺失累計達三次者，於申請人通報遺失之日起一個月內，管理機關應不予許可其補發申請。
