Regulations Governing Entry, Departure and Inhabitation in Free Trade Zones Article 7
The Management Authority will deny long-term access permits or passes to applicants, revoke or annul the approval, if any, and cancel the access permits or passes, for any of the following circumstances: 1. The holder of an access permit or pass has been wanted or sentenced to imprisonment, regardless of whether the execution of the sentence has begun or is ongoing. 2. The holder of an access permit or pass has been restricted or prohibited from entering/exiting the borders.

有下列情形之一者，管理機關應不予核發人員長期入出許可證或通行證；已核發者，由管理機關撤銷或廢止其許可，並註銷其許可證或通行證：

二、限制或禁止入出境。
