Regulations Governing Postal Simple Life Insurance Operations Article 25
The persons responsible for the simple life insurance operations of Chunghwa Post as mentioned in the regulations hereof include the following:1. Board members and corporate supervisors of Chunghwa Post.2. President of Chunghwa Post.3. The chief auditor, the vice president and directors supervising simple life insurance and its financial matters (or positions of equivalent level).4. Directors of Chunghwa Post’s Simple Life Insurance, director of the Department of Capital Operations and director of the Department of Property Operations.5. Managers of post office branches of all levels at Chunghwa Post.

本辦法所稱中華郵政公司簡易壽險業務負責人，包括下列各執行業務人員：
一、中華郵政公司董事、監察人。
二、中華郵政公司總經理。
三、中華郵政公司總稽核、實際督導簡易壽險、財務業務之副總經理（或相當層級）。
四、中華郵政公司壽險處、資金運用處、資產營運處處長。
五、中華郵政公司各等郵局經理。
一、中華郵政公司董事、監察人。
二、中華郵政公司總經理。
三、中華郵政公司總稽核、實際督導簡易壽險、財務業務之副總經理（或相當層級）。
四、中華郵政公司壽險處、資金運用處、資產營運處處長。
五、中華郵政公司各等郵局經理。
