Statute for Encouragement of Private Participation in Transportation Infrastructure Projects Article 47

The provisions of Articles 10 to 13, Article 16, Article 17, Article 19, Article 23 of Chapter 2, Articles 35 to 38 of Chapter 4, and Article 45 of Chapter 5 hereof shall not apply to private entities with self-developed plans to invest in the building and operation of any approved transportation infrastructure project pursuant to Item 3, Article 6 hereof.The provisions of Article 9, Articles 14 and 15 of Chapter 2 hereof shall apply mutatis mutandis to private entities participating in transportation infrastructure projects with self-developed plans pursuant to Item 3, Article 6 hereof.
