Regulations Governing Management of Metrology Technical Personnel Article 20

Under any of the following circumstances, the dedicated weights and measures authority shall revoke the certificate of Metrology Technical Personnel:1. Where the Metrology Technical Personnel meets any of the circumstances prescribed in Article 5 before the certificate is issued;2. Where the certificate of the Metrology Technical Personnel was acquired by providing false documents; or3. Where the qualification of the Metrology Technical Personnel as having passed the examination, metrology courses or practical training is revoked in accordance with Article 12.
