Regulations Governing Management of Metrology Technical Personnel Article 19
The verification of measuring instruments conducted by the Metrology Technical Personnel in a verification body commissioned by the dedicated weights and measures authority or in a measuring instruments enterprise allowed to conduct self-verification shall be assessed by the dedicated weights and measures authority. The dedicated weights and measures authority may request the Metrology Technical Personnel to submit reports or relevant documents if necessary. The Metrology Technical Personnel shall not evade, obstruct, or refuse to cooperate without justification.

計量技術人員於受度量衡專責機關委託之代施檢定機構或經許可自行檢定之度量衡業者執行檢定工作，應受度量衡專責機關之監督稽核；必要時，度量衡專責機關得令其報告或提供相關文件，計量技術人員無正當理由不得規避、妨礙或拒絕。
