Regulations Governing Management of Metrology Technical Personnel Article 18
The Metrology Technical Personnel shall perform relevant activities in good faith, and shall not commit any of the following conducts:1. Breaching relevant requirements set out in laws or regulations;2. Allowing anyone else to conduct relevant metrological activities under their name;3. Soliciting business by improper means; or4. Revealing confidential information acquired as a result of their metrology practice without good cause.

計量技術人員辦理各項工作，應遵守誠實信用原則，並不得有下列行為：
一、違反法令相關事項。
二、允諾他人假藉其名義執行相關計量管理事務。
三、以不正當方法招攬工作。
四、無正當理由洩漏因業務知悉之秘密。
