Regulation Governing the Admission of Students to Bilingual Departments of Schools or Bilingual Schools at Senior Secondary Level or Below in Science Parks Article 2
The term “Resident Enterprises and Organizations in Science Parks” in these regulations refers to the following:1. The park enterprises, research institutes, incubation centers and their resident businesses stated in Article 5 of the Act. The park enterprises must have completed the registration of company, limited partnership or other commercial organizations;2. Subordinate units of Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) residing in science parks;3. Senior high schools and lower level schools and preschools in science parks (hereinafter referred to as schools in science parks).The term “foreign employees” in the regulations refers to the non-ROC nationals.

三、科學園區高級中等以下學校及幼兒園（以下簡稱園區學校）。
本辦法所稱外籍員工，指非中華民國國籍者。
